  • GameOn! ATX provides in-person, live game show experiences. In our rooms, you’ll be smashing buzzers, spinning wheels, playing games and more with a live, energetic host! We’ve custom built our own game show sets to be as close to the real thing as possible.

  • We split you into 2 (roughly) equally sized teams and then you face off against each other in a fun-packed hour of game show style games guided by our super awesome host! Just grab some friends, show up, and have fun!

 
  • Yes! In your booking confirmation email, you will find a green button towards the bottom that will allow you to modify your reservation. Keep in mind that you will only be able to modify your reservation until 3 days before your game time!

  • Yes, but parking can be limited as we do have neighbors. If your game is before 5pm on a weekday we only have 5 spaces available so please carpool or organize a ride share!

  • Our small room is designed for between 6 and 14 people at a time, while our large room (aka Main Stage) can host up to 44 Players! The games are the same in each room, though the way we play them changes depending on your group’s size.

  • Our games are designed for adults. If you want to bring children, we ask you to contact us for details and availability. This is to ensure the best quality experience for all of our customers.

  • Think of them just like movie ratings!

    PG - Designed for both children and grandma! Nothing remotely offensive.

    PG-13 - Just like you would see on TV. Designed for teens/adults, but is safe for HR!

    R - Here we start broaching topics such as alcohol, drugs, and crime in general. Be prepared to hear/say curse words!

    X - Extremely adult themes, like R but with sexual jokes and content. Be prepared to hear/say curse words!

  • Our price is variable based on demand. Expect to pay $29.95-$38.45 per person.

  • 6-14 Players: The game lasts for an hour, but you should expect to be at GameOn! for ~90 minutes from entry to exit.

    15-36 Players: The game lasts for about an hour and a half, but the total event will be for 2 hours.

    37-44 Players: There is about 2.5 hours of total gameplay, but the event is 3 hours total.

  • 6-14 PLAYER GAMES (1 hour): Drinks Only

    Whether you’re in the GAMESHOW ROOM or GAMESHOW STAGE, games of 6-14 players are too short for us to permit food. Beverages of any kind are allowed (other than red wine)

    15+ PLAYER GAMES (2-3 hours): Food & Drinks Allowed

    Games of this size are always played in the GAMESHOW STAGE, and we welcome snacks that participants are comfortable eating in the audience seating (e.g. fruit tray, charcuterie board, pizza)

    We do not sell any food or beverage on-site, nor do we provide plates/cups/napkins/cutlery

  • There is a $50 minimum cancellation fee for any cancelled game at GameOn

    If a reservation is rescheduled anytime between 72 hours and 7 days before your event, there will be a $50 Cancellation or Rescheduling fee

    If the reservation is canceled or rescheduled 72 hours or less before your event, the fee is 50% of the total booking.

    Refunded Player Policy Update:

    $30 Refunded Player fee*

    *Refunded Players = no-shows to your event. For example, if you book for 14 but 10 show up to play; we can refund you the difference, less this $30 fee.

    We know that groups don’t always have an exact headcount when booking, so we urge you to round down. Charging you more for additional players is always an option, and it won’t cost you (or us) any unnecessary fees. (Caution: Don’t aim too low! Groups have 1 hour, 2 hour, or 3 hour experiences based on size - so you need to get your group in the right ballpark).

    You must pay for the minimum player count for your reservation (for example, if you book a 15-36 game and only 10 players show up, you will still be required to pay for 15 players).

  • No prizes are included, but seeing your teams picture with our trophy on our winners wall is the best prize of all!

    There are also trophies available for purchase in the lobby!

  • At the end of the game, the winning team gets to take a photo with our trophy to go on the winner’s wall. Unfortunately, they are expensive to make, so it isn't intended to be a take-home prize. If someone from your group takes the trophy home, you will be charged the cost of a new one ($250).

  • Yes! We are always coming up with new content so every experience will be different. Come back as many times as you like! We ask returning players to let us know the date/time they last visited (or the name of the person who booked your last event) so we can ensure you’re seeing fresh questions!

  • Yes, although some games may have limited interactivity. Contact us and we can explain the limitation in better detail.

  • We know Austin is a very pet friendly city, but our games are very loud and stimulating, so please leave yor pets at home. Service animals are allowed, but please call ahead and let us know if you’re planning on bringing one.
